Purchasing seasoned loans is easier than traditional underwriting because you control the process.


Step 1: Selection – choose exactly the loans you like.
Check the loan lists or call with your preferences for loan type, size, location, seasoning, borrower credit or other criteria. A tape (spreadsheet actually) with all the loan details will be quickly forwarded for your review. Your Bayview transaction manager will offer pricing guidance.

Step 2: Due diligence – inspect all the collateral – run your analysis.
Complete loan details are released upon returning our confidentiality agreement. You will be given secure on-line access to all loan documents by your dedicated transaction manager. Review at your leisure and to your underwriting standards. You are in control.

Step 3: Bid – make your price – you know your market.
Unlike auctions, working with Bayview is consultative. Bayview will provide you with pricing guidance, but the bidding process is informed by your input.

Step 4: Closing and transfer – take ownership.
Your Bayview transaction manager will work with you for smooth closing and collateral transfer. As a top-rated servicer, Bayview has considerable experience with loan collateral and transfer which we leverage on behalf of making your transactions as simple as possible.
