Simple Referral Process
The loans listed on this page have been selected as candidates for refinance based on several criteria. Finding refinance opportunities from the Bayview portfolio is easy:
  • Find a loan on the list which interests you and
    call us for more details.
  • Or, if you don't see loans of interest on this page, call us and tell us your preferred loan parameters – we'll search our large portfolio to find opportunities which meet your objectives.
  • We'll send a data tape (spreadsheet) containing additional loan details (but not personal information) for you to review.
  • Notify us when you are ready to proceed on a loan. We'll contact the borrower and secure permission and an appointment for being contacted by your loan officer.
  • We'll arrange for you to have access to all borrower and loan information to help your underwriting.
