It's a straightforward process.

The loan purchase process consists of three simple steps:

Step 1: Pricing
The seller sends loan information to Bayview Asset Management via email or fax. We provide verbal confirmation of pricing within 24-48 hours. Please download and complete the Bayview template appropriate for your deal size (located in the "Loan Submission Forms" section of this page) and submit your loan information.

Step 2: Due Diligence
After agreeing to the terms of the sale, we will review the loan files and inspect the properties.

Step 3: Funding
Upon review of the due diligence results, Bayview executes a loan sale agreement with the seller. Our custodian receives and certifies the seller's collateral and the deal is funded.
